Natosha McDonald

Natosha McDonald is a native Rochesterian who was born and raised in the area. After graduating from the University at Buffalo with a degree in Business Administration, Natosha joined Xerox Corporation in Rochester, NY. While at Xerox, she held a number of different roles in Corporate and Division Human Resource functions in both Rochester, NY and Lewisville, TX. She obtained her MBA from the Saunders School of Management, RIT. In 2010 she joined the Human Resources group at Harris RF Communications. Currently, Natosha is the Human Resources Business Partner in the Operations Supply Chain & Quality organization, responsible for the Human Resource Management needs of approximately 600 employees in an organization responsible for producing just shy of $1 billion in annual revenue. Her current responsibilities include strategic and tactical aspects of Talent and Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Employee Development. She is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Professionals (SHRM) and has the distinction of Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Natosha serves on the Board of Harris’ African American Resource Group (AARG), whose mission is to provide professional development, networking, community engagement, and career management for its employee members, as well as to promote growth, diversity, and global inclusion. She has been a Board Member of the YMCA Carlson Metro Board of Managers since 2008. She has been involved in various leadership initiatives, including serving as a committee member in her church’s Leadership Development Institute and Volunteer Facilitator for United Way’s African American Leadership Development Program (AALDP). Her passion to help cultivate financial wellness and literacy in the community led her to serve on the Board of the West Advisory Group (http://www.westadvisorygroup.org) for two years as well as become a volunteer tax preparer for the Creating Assets Savings and Hope program through the Empire Justice Center (http://www.empirejustice.org/cash).

Her immediate family consists of her husband, Bernard and two sons – Isaiah (4) and Xavier (2).
